Vehicle Information

While we strive to provide accurate information about all vehicles, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of descriptions, specifications, or pricing. We recommend conducting independent inspections and verification before purchase.

Financing Services

Financing options are subject to credit approval and third-party lender terms. EvoPack Mobility Group acts as a facilitator and is not a financial institution. Final terms are determined by the lending institution.

Limitation of Liability

EvoPack Mobility Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
